Can I delete my account?
Yes! However please know deleting your account is 100% final. It is impossible for us to retrieve deleted accounts or the data they contained once deleted. If you are having an issue contact us through the support form below, we will do our best to fix it.
Here's how:
Account deletion in app:
From any page click More button in the lower left of the screen.
Settings & Help page opens.
Click Manage Account.
Your Account page opens.
Click Delete Account button at the bottom of the page.
Account deletion from website:
From the Support page, scroll to the support from.
Type the required information in the form.
Select Delete Account from the drop down list.
Confirmation:
Once your Delete Account request has been received you will receive an email confirmation for your request. You will also receive an email confirmation at the email address associated with your account if different from the email used to request the deletion.
Processing Time:
Our team begins processing deletion requests within 5 business days. You’ll receive a final confirmation email once your account and all personal data have been permanently removed, in line with our Privacy Policy.
